Gong gong was clean and fresh. Ayam bakar is tasty and the asam soup is delicious but sweet. Overall, staff were attentive and service was efficient.

Went to the outlet at mega mall! Service and food is so good and reasonable. Very classy environment too. Strongly recommend for those who wants a clean local seafood and Indonesian meal. Renuin is worth trying! I brought my elderly mum there and she likes the food. Thank you for the warm service too

The seating arrangement to this restaurant is nicely done with some spacing in between tables. The serving staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was served promptly and teh dishes delicious. Overall, after 2 days in Batam, it was the serving staff who impressed me with their excellent service. Kudos.

Food is kinda cold Server lead us to the table and didn’t give us time to look at the menu, had to order almost instantly… that server in particular is not very nice. Otherwise all other servers are nice and polite. Will still be back for other stuff in the menu (Had to faster order due to the ‘rush’)
